<p align="justify"> <span>為切實推進(jìn)土壤污染防治工作，<span lang="EN-US">2018</span>年北京市生態(tài)環(huán)保局發(fā)布《北京市重點(diǎn)企業(yè)土壤環(huán)境自行監(jiān)測技術(shù)指南（暫行）》，<span lang="EN-US">2021</span>年生態(tài)環(huán)境部發(fā)布了《工業(yè)企業(yè)土壤和地下水自行監(jiān)測技術(shù)指南（試行）》（<span lang="EN-US">HJ1209-2021</span>），規(guī)定了工業(yè)企業(yè)土壤和地下水自行監(jiān)測的一般要求，主要用于規(guī)范土壤污染重點(diǎn)監(jiān)管單位中在產(chǎn)工業(yè)企業(yè)內(nèi)部的土壤和地下水自行監(jiān)測，進(jìn)而掌握在產(chǎn)企業(yè)內(nèi)的土壤環(huán)境質(zhì)量狀況，為后續(xù)的土壤污染防控和監(jiān)管機(jī)制研究奠定基礎(chǔ)。為后續(xù)的土壤污染防控打下基礎(chǔ)。</span> </p>
<p align="justify"> <span lang="EN-US">2023</span><span>年<span lang="EN-US">08</span>月，華潤雙鶴藥業(yè)股份有限公司北京工業(yè)園開展了土壤和地下水自行監(jiān)測工作。依據(jù)相關(guān)技術(shù)導(dǎo)則的規(guī)定和要求，編制完成了《</span><span>華潤雙鶴（北京）工業(yè)園區(qū)土壤和地下水自行監(jiān)測報告<span>》。</span></span> </p>
